See the public source standards, correction workflow, and limitations behind the PWHL Contracts database.

Preferred sources include official PWHL transaction pages, league releases, team announcements, PWHLPA salary and contract references, public draft material, and reporting that identifies the player, team, date, transaction, and contract detail.

More specific and more recent sources are preferred when records conflict. If a conflict cannot be resolved, the site preserves uncertainty rather than presenting a guess as confirmed.

Public users can submit sourced corrections with the exact player, team, transaction, proposed change, and source URL.
